Egg shell...??

Egg shell...??

Hello!

Today I would like to introduce products on our site!

🥚 Yamahei Kiln 's Egg shell Series! 🥚

YAMAHEI KILN

The prototype of the egg shell is a thin and durable porcelain called "egg shell hand" made as tableware for export from the Edo period to the Meiji era.

At Yamahira Kiln, they improved the translucent clay and succeeded in reproducing this eggshell hand technique using their unique technique. By baking the soil containing a lot of glass without glaze, they created a delicate vessel with a thickness of 1 mm or less.
