Cooper Grater No.5 Double-Sided / 21cm

The grater featured here, the “Grater No.5 Double-Sided”, has a coarse side and a fine side for versatile use. The coarse side is ideal for grating moisture-rich ingredients like daikon radish or apples, producing a light and fluffy texture. The fine side is perfect for grating condiments such as wasabi, ginger, yuzu, garlic, or Japanese yam.

・The blades are extremely sharp. Handle with care to avoid injury to fingers or hands.
・The grater is heavy and made of hard materials. Exercise caution when carrying.
・Wash once with dish soap before first use.
・Intended for vegetables and fruits only. Do not use on frozen items, bones, cheese, or other hard ingredients.

Care Instructions
・After use, wash with mild dish soap.
・Gently scrub the copper plate with a toothbrush, and the tray and draining mesh with a sponge, then rinse with running water.
・Remove excess water by lightly patting with a dry cloth or paper towel, and allow to dry completely before storing.
