"Mamezara" is a plate that is widely used for chopstick rests, condiment dishes, etc. and is decorated with the popular patterns of those kilns.
The gourd-shaped mamezara, which are famous as lucky charms, are handmade one by one, so the shapes are slightly different and each has its own character. The patterns that can be carefully put in by the hands of skilled craftsmen have different shades and line thicknesses, which conveys the warmth of handmade work.
Each hand-painted product has different shades and line thicknesses.
