Iron Trivet / Shippo

A trivet with a base reminiscent of a family crest and a rattan-wrapped handle. Even when a pot or kettle covers it, the handle peeks out, adding a charming accent to the table. Its design complements both modern kitchens and various dining settings, from Japanese to Western cuisine.

・Unlike silicone or wooden trivets, cast iron trivets become hot.
　Do not touch with bare hands immediately after placing a hot pot or kettle.
・Moisture left on the surface may cause rust, but it is harmless to health.

Care Instructions
・After use, clean with a scrubbing brush or sponge, remove moisture, and dry thoroughly.
・If rust appears, scrub it off and apply a thin coat of oil before storing. Avoid using detergent.
・To prevent rust during long-term storage, occasionally apply oil for maintenance.
