The principle Daiyo sticks to is only using vegetable wax as the material for 100% of the production. Among them, sumac which is used in sumac wax candle can be tapped only in Japan and so as to be much rare and valuable material. Despite of the rarity and high-cost, Daiyo is sticking to 100% sumac for the material.
