Please note:
Due to a high volume of orders, production is currently taking longer than usual.
In some cases, it may take around 30 business days or more to prepare your order.
After purchasing a gyuto (meat knife) and santoku hocho (kitchen knife), we recommend you buy a petty knife next. If you have one petty knife, you can smoothly peel vegetables to cook more productively. “Kyo Sansoukou/Petty Knife110mm” has a total length of 235mm, a blade length of 110mm and weighs only 67g. Light and compact in size, it is convenient for cutting vegetables decoratively, and for cutting and cleaning small fish. The knife is easy to handle with one hand, so you can cut vegetables without using a cutting board.
■Details
It is handy to use at home and also when you are camping and cooking outdoors. Since it is seamless, you can use it hygienically as you can wash it without taking them apart. The blade consists of a “sansoukou” (three-layer structure) with molybdenum vanadium steel as the core material sandwiched from both sides by stainless steel, which helps maintain a long-lasting sharpness and enables easy maintenance.
The handle is easy to grip and will not tire you out even after long time use.
■Care after use
Since the whole product is made from stainless steel, it is quite rust-resistant but make sure that you don’t leave it wet after use to prevent rust.
■Caution
We do not accept returns after use for cutlery products. Thank you for your understanding.
