A versatile cast-iron pan handcrafted in Iwate, Japan by Rikuchō Ogasawara, one of Japan’s most renowned Nambu cast-iron designers. This Small Frying Pan is one size larger than Ogasawara’s popular Mini Pan, making it ideal for those who find the single-serving size too compact.

Designed with slightly deeper walls than a typical frying pan, it’s perfect for searing meat or fish, stir-frying vegetables, or simmering small dishes. The twin spouts on both sides allow easy pouring of oil or sauce, adding practical functionality to its clean and minimal form.

Made using traditional Nambu Tekki ironcasting methods, this pan distributes heat evenly and retains it exceptionally well—enhancing the natural flavors of your ingredients and keeping food deliciously hot even after cooking.

Ogasawara’s work redefined the image of Nambu cast iron with a modern and minimalist aesthetic that blends art and daily life. This small frying pan continues that legacy, bringing authentic Japanese craftsmanship to your kitchen or outdoor cooking.
