Since its founding in 1974, Ouchi Kogei has been manufacturing bamboo tableware, mainly chopsticks, in the Hita region of Oita prefecture. The bamboo used as the material is the thickest type of high-quality Moso bamboo that has grown in the surrounding bamboo grove. A 32 cm type cooking wrasse that is easy to grip and easy to use for any dish.
It is straight and has a moderate slope, and the mixing power is firmly transmitted to the ingredients. Those with a hole in the center are less susceptible to resistance when mixing curry and stew, and are characterized by the fact that the food does not easily jump out of the pot. When frying fried rice or a small amount of ingredients, the type without holes is easier to wash, and if you have three, it is convenient to use them properly for various dishes.
