“Kyo Sansoukou/Paring Knife” is a knife suited for peeling and cutting small vegetables and fruits into small pieces. A paring knife generally refers to a knife with a blade length of less than 15cm, however, this paring knife has a total length of 205mm and a blade length of 80mm and is a very small cooking knife. It is not suitable for cutting large ingredients or cutting fine strips, but it is great for cutting garlic or shallots and also for cutting ingredients decoratively.
