Ouchi Kougei/ Diamond-Cut sharpened Chopsticks/ 7 Colors

Since its founding in 1974, Ouchi Kogei has been manufacturing bamboo tableware, mainly chopsticks, in the Hita region of Oita prefecture.

Crafted for ease of use, these slender bamboo chopsticks combine elegance with precision.
The finely tapered tips—achievable only through handcrafting—allow for delicate tasks like picking out tiny fish bones with ease.
The top of the chopsticks is shaped into a pyramid-like diamond cut, and the surface showcases a beautifully layered color created using the kenshutsu polishing technique, which reveals the undercoat through careful finishing.

・As each item is handmade, there are individual differences in the design. Please note.
・Avoid leaving it in water for a long time.
・For cleaning after use, it is recommended to use a sponge or a soft material and wash by hand.
・Washing with a dishwasher may cause deformation and discoloration, which may shorten the period of patronage.
