A slate plate, made of Ogatsu stone which is a material of Ogatsu inkstone designated as a traditional craft. Ogatsu stone, mined in Ogatsu, Miyagi, Japan, is water and fire resistant. The glossy slate plate lasts for a lifetime and keeps dishes cool or warm. It is not suitable for direct heat or microwave. The black square plate (15cm×15cm) is stylish and useful and can be used for serving desserts, fruits, and breads.
