A moist and soft lantern wood chopping board.
Ginkgo tree contains plenty of oil and is characterized by its fine texture. It has elasticity and is smooth and can be used without damaging the kitchen knife. In addition, its elasticity is excellent in that it naturally restores scratches that have been made with a kitchen knife.
Since it contains a moderate amount of oil, it repels water well and dries quickly.

Wet the wooden chopping board with water before using it.
Wetting the wood creates a film of water on the surface, which makes it difficult for water and pigments from the ingredients to soak into the cutting board.
After getting wet, lightly wipe off any water with a clean cloth before using.
"Moistening the surface of the wood" With this one effort, the color transfer and odor change from the ingredients can be significantly reduced.

・It may have a peculiar smell of ginkgo tree, but it will be removed as you use it.
・There may be stains or leaves (bud nodes) on the surface of the cutting board, but it is used as it is as a proof that the tree was alive. It is not a scratch or defective product. Please use it with confidence.

■Care after use
・Please wash as soon as possible.
Cutting board = scrubbing with scrubbing brush and water is the best.
Light stains can be removed without detergent.
Do not use more detergent than necessary and rinse thoroughly when used.
・After washing, wipe off the moisture with a cloth. Wipe the entire surface, sides, handles, etc. firmly.
・Please dry in a well-ventilated place as much as possible. If you put it under the sink or in the cupboard, dry it to 10 stools before putting it away.
・Please refrain from using the dishwasher as it may cause warping or cracking.
・If you are using bleach, we recommend a safe enzyme-based one.
・Wooden chopping boards will change over time, with scratches, color changes, and some darkening. Please use it as a tool that fits into your life with occasional maintenance.
